Soil Testing

Prior to any lawn adjustments, we study the current soil structure by performing a scientific soil test. The results will allow us to address any deficiencies or soil amendments needed.

The test will allow us to determine any corrective actions needed to achieve optimal health and growth organically.

We strongly believe the key to a healthy lawn is to allow it to thrive and grow naturally without the dependency on synthetic fertilizers and herbicides, which aggressively force the grass away from its' natural growth development.

The goal is to obtain a naturally healthy lawn organically. We educate the consumer on our methods, long-term expectations, and the patience needed to achieve the natural lawn it was intended to be.

  Gerome and his team were awesome.  Prior to the service he came and assessed my yard.  Have gave me some good insight on the current state of my yard before recommending what's needed.  He suggested that we wait until after a certain date because we were to get several days of rain and he wanted to pull out perfect plugs when her aerated my yard.  I appreciated that.  On the day of, he dethatched my entire property.  He and his team did a thorough clean up afterwards.  He and his team then aerated, put down fertilizer, over seeded, and he put down top dressing.  Everything was well done.  While talking with him and his team I could tell that they were very knowledgeable.  I had a issue with my irrigation system which was outside of his duties.  Gerome was kind of enough to help me out and assist me in getting that issue resolved.  That right there spoke to his character.  He's decent and kind.  I'm high on that.  All communication prior to the service was excellent.  I highly recommend Linchpin Turf Maintenance or anyone's landscaping needs.   Linchpin Turf is excellent. My yard is looking so beautiful and evenly cut. I was in a crisis because my normal lawn guy disappeared, and then it rained and rained and rained until my lawn was up to my shins in the front and up to my knees in the back. Not only was my late evening inquiry answered promptly, but through communication and my expectations Linchpin was able to squeeze in my huge job the next day.   I’ll start with saying Linchpin is amazing! Approximately 4 months ago I purchased a new construction home; the lawn was terrible despite the builder’s attempt at watering during the summer months. Needless to say I had contemplated on re sodding the entire lawn as I was very doubtful it could be salvaged. I called Linchpin as they had phenomenal reviews online. They are amazing. I installed an irrigation system….and with the recommendations of core aeration, reseeding and fertilizing my lawn looks amazing. Linchpin has also done an outstanding job with the mowing as well… super clean cut, edging and weeding. Home looks beautiful. Even my neighbor who has an beautiful lawn was impressed.   LTM did a PHENOMENAL JOB! Being new to the area I reached out to a number of contractors for a quote to get my yards up to par. All of them gave me the run around or failed to communicate properly.  I reached to them for a quote and Gerome was at my new house THE SAME DAY! He explained what was needed and how much it would be, emailed me the quote that night. Once I approved it, he was at my house performing the work that VERY NEXT DAY! He performed such a great job my gf didn't recognize our backyard "who's yard is this?" PHENOMENAL JOB, and the job came in under his quote!
